# Support tickets

> Get help from the love.rip team.

Open a ticket and chat with the team right in your dashboard.

## Open a ticket

    Click **New ticket**, or go to [love.rip/dashboard/support/new](https://www.love.rip/dashboard/support/new).

  <Step title="Pick a topic">
    Choose one of the topics below and fill in the form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Chat">
    Reply in the ticket thread. When you're done, mark it resolved or close it. You can reopen a ticket you closed or resolved.

| Topic | Use it for |
| - | - |
| **Support** | A general question or problem |
| **Bug report** | Something on the site isn't working right. Add the page URL and severity |
| **API or app permission** | Requesting a permission for your API key or OAuth app |
| **Verification** | Applying for the [Verified](/badges-and-perks/verified) badge |

<Note>
  You can have up to 3 open tickets in total (only 1 Verification and 1 API ticket at a time), and there's a 10-minute wait between new tickets. Tickets opened on the site and in the Discord server count together.

## Find old tickets

Search your tickets, filter by status (**Open**, **Closed** or **Resolved**) and sort by newest or oldest.
